KARACHI A fire broke out, on the fif
teenth and six
teenth floor of Saima Trade To
wer on I.I. Chundrigar road in Karachi.
The blaze erupted between early in the morning according to rescue sources.
Fire trucks without delay reached the site within ten minutes after th
e fire brigade department was info
rmed.

e fire trucks occupied themselves in putting out th
e fire for three hours, following which it was under control.
No casualties were reported,
however, two guards who were trapped on the affected floors were safely evacuated from the building two hours after rescue teams reached the site.
